2026 Commitment Form

This is the financial commitment form to help the session budget and be good stewards of our congregation's resources. You are also encouraged to fill out a faith commitment form (available in the assembly room or in the mailing you hopefully received) and keep it somewhere as a reminder of your commitment with God for the coming year.

We know that financial and life situations change and this is a giving plan...it is not set in stone. Just let us know if your giving plan needs to change so that leaders can adjust the church's budget if necessary.
